Chicken Petrushka
Ingredients :
- ✓ Salt or fine salt
- ✓ Paprika
- ✓ 20 cl crème fraîche
- ✓ 10 g butter
- ✓ 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ✓ Pepper
- ✓ 1 can of mushrooms
- ✓ 1 can Carthage tomato paste
- ✓ 2 onions
- ✓ 2 chicken cutlets
Recipe steps :
- 1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat and add the onions, cut into slivers.
- 2. When the onions are transparent, add the diced chicken.
- 3. When the chicken is cooked, add the mushrooms.
- 4. When the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the paprika, salt, pepper and crushed garlic clove.
- 5. Add the cream, Carthage tomato paste and a little water.
- 6. Cover and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
- 7. Serve with rice, quinoa, pasta, wheat...
