Chicken Petrushka

Ingredients  :

  • ✓ Salt or fine salt
  • ✓ Paprika
  • ✓ 20 cl crème fraîche
  • ✓ 10 g butter
  • ✓ 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ✓ Pepper
  • ✓ 1 can of mushrooms
  • ✓ 1 can Carthage tomato paste
  • ✓ 2 onions
  • ✓ 2 chicken cutlets

Recipe steps :

  • 1. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat and add the onions, cut into slivers.
  • 2. When the onions are transparent, add the diced chicken.
  • 3. When the chicken is cooked, add the mushrooms.
  • 4. When the mushrooms are cooked, stir in the paprika, salt, pepper and crushed garlic clove.
  • 5. Add the cream, Carthage tomato paste and a little water.
  • 6. Cover and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
  • 7. Serve with rice, quinoa, pasta, wheat...
