Spaghetti Bolognese (for 4 people)

Ingredients :

  • ✓ 400 g ground beef
  • ✓ 1 clove garlic

  • ✓ 1 tbsp. Carthage tomato paste

  • ✓ 75 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • ✓ Salt or fine salt

Recipe steps :

  • 1. Cut the peeled onion, celery and carrot into large cubes.
